The products sold by the store are handmade items, each one being unique. Therefore, we do not accept returns except in the case of products damaged upon delivery. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible after receipt of the returned product.

We recommend hand washing the plush toys with warm water and mild soap. It is also possible to machine wash the plush toy on a delicate/hand and wool cycle (maximum 30°C). We recommend placing it in a pillowcase or underwear net before washing. Let it air dry. They should not be tumble dried.
